The National Socialist Council of Nagaland-Khaplang/An Mai (NSCN-K/AM) and the Naga Region Peace and Stability Negotiation Committee (NPSNC) held meetings on June 14 and 15.
The NSCN-K/AM delegation was led by its Chairman, U An Mai, and the General Secretary, while the NPSNC delegation was led by U Chit Yaung.

NSCN-K/AM and NPSNC holding talks
During the meeting, the NSCN-K/AM reaffirmed that promoting peace and stability, alongside protecting the interests and aspirations of the Naga people in Myanmar, remains their highest priority.
The Naga Region Peace and Stability Negotiation Committee (NPSNC) has formed six representative groups and is currently endeavoring to meet and negotiate with six Naga armed factions, including the NSCN-K/AM, NSCN-K/YA, NSCN-IM, NNC, and ENDA.
