The Shanni Nationalities Army (SNA) donated bags of rice and portable boxes of edible oil to the flood victims from the villages along the Chindwin River in Homalin Township, Homalin District, upper Sagaing Region on 9th July 2024 reportedly.
The SNA went and donated 1,000 bags of rice and 500 boxes of edible oil to the flood victims from 100 villages in Homalin Township.
Because of the flooding of the Chindwin River and Uru Creek within Sagaing Region at present, the people from Homalin and Khamti Townships have been flood victims.
