Myanmar civil war started three months after Myanmar gained her independence on 4th January 1948 and it has not stopped up to now.

The Tatmadaw toppled down the NLD government on 1st February 2021 after saying that NLD was trying to form a government without solving the ballot dispute that took place in the 2020 general election and has declared the state of emergency up to now.

Starting from that political landscape, NLD MPs and party members, some EAOs and democracy activists are striving to oust the Tatmadaw and battles are breaking out in Sagaing, Magway, Tanintharyi Regions, Chin, Kayin and Kayah States.

Although the Tatmadaw has military experience, it has been unable to achieve the peace, stability and the rule of law, which should be aware of, pointed out the political community.
