Lieutenant General Ko Ko Oo, commander of the No.1 Bureau of Special Operation and the Ta'ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) met and discussed in Kunming, China on 16th and 17th February and the discussion ended without any agreements.
" Because there was a difficult situation to negotiate and discuss between the two sides, if the two sides have already made preparations for discussion, they should discuss again, urged Chinese Special Envoy Deng Xijun and then the discussion ended." reported the TNLA.
